In this section I would like to tell you more about my favorite and most important ingredients. I find it's exciting and quite nifty to know what our food can achieve for us.

I also want to explain a few basic techniques that are found in many recipes, e.g. sprouting, soaking, fermenting... Sounds a bit like a witch's kitchen, doesn't it? Which incidentally makes it so much more fun!
